🌿The Nature Pause: A Family Grounding Experience

Step into a morning designed to gently loosen the grip of daily demands, work, homework and welcome you back into the rhythms of the natural world. The Nature Pause is a Bi-monthly morning immersion for families who long to pause, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to simply be together—unhurried, present, and held by the land.

An Invitation to Disconnect, So You Can Reconnect

The experience begins with a simple but powerful ritual:
setting aside your phone and releasing technology for the day.

This act opens the doorway to “slow living,” allowing your senses, your breath, and your relationships to settle into a softer pace.

Arrive Fully, With Intention

As you enter the farm space, you’re invited to pause at our Intention Board to write down your resolution for the day and the upcoming weeks.

Here, each family member reflects on an aspiration of becoming:
How do you want to show up today?
What quality of heart will guide your steps?
Take Your Seat in the Circle

What to bring:
•     a personal journal (to draw or write)
•     a yoga mat or cushions

These simple objects become companions throughout the morning, supporting moments of stillness, reflection, movement, and connection.

A Community Rooted in Nature
Throughout the morning, families explore grounding practices inspired by ancient meditation and contemplative traditions—always held within the gentle embrace of the natural world.
Together, we learn to move more slowly, breathe more deeply, and live more kindly.

This gathering is more than a pause; it is the beginning of a community of nature‑drawn families choosing to live with intention, presence, and reverence.
