Join us for our next Mother's Healing Circle Saturday September 8th for what we like to call "A Spiritual Moms Night Out". This monthly free program is led by Mothers and for Mothers, yet all women are welcome.
So what exactly is a Women's Circle?
As we traverse this motherhood journey, we need to take rest stops along the way to breathe, recharge and fill our cups. Our Mother’s Healing Circle is a pause in time and space where we mothers can reconnect with the women we are underneath and beyond the million hats we wear. A place to center and refocus on our most important mission which is to shine as brightly as we can and guide our children and families with love and grace.
We sit in circle and begin with breath and sound, then we weave in the wisdom of the stars, planets and moon to align with the cycles of nature that influence our daily living. We settle into a deep and long relaxation to peel away the layers of tension and stress so that we may again see the depths of our inner being. Finally we share and voice our experience and plant our intentions for the next cycle.
We like to think of it as an uplifted girls night out that is so deserved.
We will again be guided by the quiet wisdom of Natalia Sturla (from Buena Vibra Kitchen). The session will begin with relaxation/ stretches, followed by a guided meditation, group exercises and sharing time (totally not required!).
This moths focus:
Mother nature has an incredible influence in our lives. At our womens circle, we embrace the changes in our lives brought about by the changes in the natural world around us, the cycles of the moon, the bounty of each season, the flowers that come and go, the birds that migrate to visit us and through that awareness we begin to connect to our true nature and to each other, recognizing the unity and oneness of all things. Join us at our next circle inspired by the upcoming Fall Equinox. Fall, a time for balance, when days and nights will now be the same length. A time for self-care and strengthening, just as animals prepare for winter by storing food so can we prepare for the future by focusing inward and building up our reserves so we can continue to nurture ourselves and families. A time for letting go. As the leaves fall from trees we too can let go of all that no longer serves us and make room for all that helps us flourish as women and mothers.
